UNCONSCIONABLE to 55,000,000 Senior Citizens

I am uncertain as to whether this concerns Social Security, and the 55,000,000 Senior Citizens, "at least"; or maybe HEALTH.

The O'BamaCare apparent reduction in reimbursements to doctors that handle Medicare patients, (Without congressional intervention, physicians will face a 27.4 percent Medicare pay cut on Jan. 1.) is absolutely WRONG.

It is up to you to get very active to STOP and REVERSE these unconscionable actions being taken.

Call your U.S.Congressional House Representative, and call BOTH of your U.S. Senators.

UNCONSCIONABLE
[When a court uses the word unconscionable to describe conduct, it means that the conduct does not conform to the dictates of conscience. In addition, when something is judged unconscionable, a court will refuse to allow the perpetrator of the conduct to benefit.
In contract law an unconscionable contract is one that is unjust or extremely one-sided in favor of the person who has the superior bargaining power. An unconscionable contract is one that no person who is mentally competent would enter into and that no fair and honest person would accept. Courts find that unconscionable contracts usually result from the exploitation of consumers who are often poorly educated, impoverished, and unable to find the best price available in the competitive marketplace.]

The situation with hospitals and medicare for the 55,000,000 Senior citizens is absolutely critical.

 Consider:
  • Even today, U.S. hospitals are struggling with negative Medicare margins.
  • In 2009, U.S. hospitals generated an operating margin (loss) of 20.1 percent, on average (Healthcare Management Partners, Metrics Quarterly Report, Oct. 2010).
  • Margins on Medicare were worse, estimated at 25 percent for U.S. hospitals, on average, in 2009 and projected to reach 27 percent in 2011
  • (Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, Report to the Congress: Medicare Payment Policy, March 2011).
  • According to the American Hospital Association (AHA), 61 percent of hospitals lose money on Medicare.
I doubt that any of the VOTERS of the 55,000,000 Senior citizens will vote FOR any member of Congress that does not scream and loudly challenge every word of the O'Bama Medical Reform Act that was voted on without one single voting member actually reading it beforehand.

This mess is the specific and individual responsibility of EVERY MEMBER of CONGRESS.

Yes this President espoused this awful situation, and personally influenced every Democrat to permit his will to carry the day.

It is an obvious SHAME on all of them.
